Meet Selena

My name is Selena Fairbrooke, and I’m a 34-year-old home-grown chef from the rolling hills of Somerset here in the UK. I’ve always believed that the heart of cooking isn’t fancy techniques or complicated ingredients it’s the simple joy of making something comforting with your own hands. I still remember standing on a stool in my grandmother’s tiny kitchen, barely tall enough to reach the counter, watching her turn a handful of ordinary ingredients into something magical. She never measured a thing, but somehow everything came out perfect, and I suppose that’s where my love for kitchen improvisation began.
